    My career in real estate began in late 1999, where I started as a leasing agent on a luxury apartment community in southeast Denver – learning early how to match a client’s desires with a perfect home. My passion for the real estate industry fueled my progress to my final office as the Vice President of Operations of the same firm, FDM, one of the premier luxury apartment community developers and management firms in Colorado. In addition to all encompassing corporate and property management duties, I was heavily involved in nearly every aspect of real estate development. Here, I learned what it takes to build and deliver that perfect home to the client.

    In June of 2003 I took office as Senior Vice President at International Business Finance Mortgage, Inc., a cutting edge provider of specialized mortgage products. Not only did I guide the company and my staff of specialists to excellence in client satisfaction, I secured hundreds of mortgages for clients as well. This added yet another element to my experience in the field of real estate, real estate financing.

    Currently, I am licensed and actively doing business in two of the hottest states in the nation, Colorado and Florida. I travel back and forth extensively, and have hand selected a full support staff of top notch realtors in each state to handle minor functions of the transaction while away. This enables me to maintain complete market knowledge and timely services for clientele in all areas.
